We liked that the apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean! There was a washer/dryer which was really handy and the apartments are very central, you can walk to all the main attractions. Very roomy - much bigger than most hotel studios,full kitchen as well. Only touch as mentioned on a previous review to complete the room would be a box of tissues, otherwise everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here :)

Cozy check-in with super friendly staff and my room had just been spruced up and was a good size, with a really comfy bed, all the kitchen stuff I needed, and even a laundry corner. the food selection was fresh and inviting 🌟.

The rooms are very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The apartments contain everything you need for a few days away.

Although described as a fully serviced apartment, it was not serviced at any time during my stay.

The room was a good size and had great views. It was nicely decorated with a cozy couch and we even had a Nespresso coffee machine to use. 😊

Paper towels and tissues would have been a nice added feature. The washer/dryer and microwave were not easy to understand how to use. A little drawer space. No balcony and apartment faced another apartment - no view.

the appartment we got was clean and well equipped. It was relativeliy quite despite the central location. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

For us it was not clear that the appartment is unserviced. The internet access cards (especially that one for 24 which runs out even when you not use it) is way to expensive.

The meals are freshly prepared and the beds in the units are extremely comfortable.

The location was perfect and comfortable, not very far from Cuba Street. the hotel was in a very convenient area, next to bathroom, laundry amenities, accessories, shops, and the waterfront in Wellington.

I got the key at reception then went upstairs to room 208. I opened the door and there was another man in the room. Luckily he was quite friendly but he was certainly not interested in sharing. I am very pleased it was not a naked lady!!! It make you wonder about how security conscious they are. It could have been a very embarrassing situation and not least of all quite dangerous if the situation was any different that it was. Reception gave me another room but still charged me the higher price for the larger room I was meant to be in!

I thought it was good, it served its purpose, it was quite, i got a good sleep

When we first arrived(after reception hours) the receptionist on the intercom was abit rude, I think she was abit stressed out about something. The receptionist in the morning was good. Very friendly. The only thing i didnt like was the fire sprinklers were in the lounge of the apartment. They wernt properly installed, the gib board around it was broken and it looked really rough. But other than that I was happy.
